"Kelsey was so lovely and polite. An absolute credit to the team, she seemed rushed of her feet. But still kept a bubbly attitude and was very kind with all customers that I could see. Which is always nice to see in this line of work. The food was good, but not as nice as previous visits. The only issue I could raise today is I asked for a birthday cake to be brought out and was waiting a very long time. I think they forgotten. Ended up having to ask for it back so we could go home, which put a downer on my mums birthday meal out."
